Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached, with no stains, damage, or smell.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Return Process

  2. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us.
  3. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@kyonithebrand.com.

Exchange

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, color, or style, the fastest way is to return your original item and place a new order for the one you want.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We can only refund returned sale items by credit note for use on our online store.
Items that are damaged, worn, or altered will not be accepted.


FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team at
